QUALITY POLICY

In order to ensure that Seven Star is a market leader, an effective and dynamic quality management system is essential. This policy is written to show clients and to remind employees that the company is dedicated to meeting under naturally recognized standard of quality and performance.

The company training policy is to ensure that all employees designed to undertake specific tasks  have the necessary training and skills to perform that task. Training Programmers are in place to ensure that this will take effect.

The Quality Assurance team has full authority to investigate quality problems ensuring corrective  actions are agreed and carried out by the appropriate personnel. However, it is recognised that  quality is everyone’s responsibility, within their scope of responsibility.
